So musafirs this event is totally dedicated to our vegetarian friends. Chandni Chowk designed by Begum Jahan Ara Saheba exhibited its own beauty during the Mughal era, whereby a water stream used to flow in the middle with trees on the both sides of the stream. This place was home to many famous poets, hakims, seths, noutch girls that added to the cultural opulence.Late in the same period, trams ran from the Lal Qila to the Fateh Puri Masjid. The 1947 riots in this area saw tales of merciless blood shed. Chandni Chowk cried when people of Delhi left for Pakistan.
